- The customer had her diagnostic done somewhere else, and wanted us to replace the front driver side CV AXLE. Technician test drove the vehicle to understand the customer's complaint, performed multipoint visual inspection, checked Oil, Fluids, Belts, Battery, Charging System, Tires, Brakes , A/C, and Heating System. Our technician also diagnosed the vehicle's radiator is CRACKED and its leaking. It looks like someone tried leak stop but it did not work. So based on the customer authorization, the technician ordered the cv axle, removed and replace it, checked for a basic safety, no problem with this cv axle now. The customer did not want to do anthing with the radiator leak for now.
