- Technician performed multipoint visual inspection, checked fluids, Belt, Battery condition and charging system, tire pressure , A/C, heating system, brakes and oil. Air down pipe to turbo, the rubber boot was not strapped correctly on the down pipe. The strap was only securing the turbo from grabbing too much air. The strap on the down pipe was laying on the inner cooler. The technician was able to reach the strap and install it correctly on the down pipe. The system was smoked to see if any other leaks was visible enough to cause rough idle, and none was present. Then the technician test drove the vehicle and live data showed no misfires or any abnormal emissions, and the vehicle is running fine now.
