The technician noticed the check engine light customer was complaining about had been deleted by the previous repair facility, and he noted that the vehicle has been OVERFILLED with ENGINE OIL. The overflow DAMAGED THE VVT solenoid for the camshaft. The vehicle also needs a set of spark plugs as they are old and gaped out, and lastly need to drain engine oil to recommended level. Our customer approved all recommended repair, therefore; the technician ordered the parts, removed and replaced them, drain the oil, started the engine, test drove it, no codes, it fine now.
