Our technician test drove the vehicle and the customer complaint of noise and sound from the front lower control arms. Our tech determined and recomended to replace the lower front control arms, sway bar links and strut assembly with its tensioner. With customer's approval our technician ordered the parts. Our technicians got sick and i did not want the customer to wait any longer, So we had our neighbor, Costa Mesa Brakes and Tires to do the job for us as a sublet.

  • Technician performed multipoint visual inspection ,checked fluids, Belt, Battery condition and charging system, tire pressure , A/C and heating system, brakes and oil. Our tech scanned the vehicle for codes and found codes for ECU reset occurred and unintended park position. Also found codes battery low voltage on circuit. Recommend transmission service and reset ECM and Deliberate. With customer approval our tech did trans service and Reset and Recalibrate the ECM. Test drove the vehicle and no problem now.

  • Road test and verify engine performance, transmission operation, and shift patterns. Drain transmission fluid and all contaminated fluid out and refill with new automatic transmission fluid as required, check shifting , test drove the vehicle, no problem at this time.
