- Technician performed multipoint visual inspection ,checked, tire pressuR, brakes and oil. Our technician test drove the vehicle and the customer complaint of noise and sound from the front lower control arms. Our tech determined and recomended to replace the lower front control arms, sway bar links and strut assembly with its tensioner. With customer's approval our technician ordered the parts. Our technicians got sick and i did not want the customer to wait any longer, So we had our neighbor, Costa Mesa Brakes and Tires to do the job for us as a sublet.
