- Technician test drove the vehicle, performed multipoint visual inspection, checked Oil, Fluids, Belts, Battery, Charging System, Tires, Brakes, A/C, and Heating System. Our technician noted Under Interior/ Exterior, there is no CODES or CHECK ENGINE light or warning light on, headlights, horn, wiper blades, parking brakes, turn signals are OK, all fluids are OK.Under hood, engine air filter, belts, hoses are OK but BATTERY has internal issuses, and SPARK PLUGS are gaped out and need to be replaced (at almost 92k miles). Under vehicle, the control arms, tie rods, ball joints, and steering gear are OK but front and rear STRUTS/ SHOCKS need attention as the bushings are torn, front and rear differentials are OK, and transfer case is OK as well, front and rear brake pads and rotors are OK but there is an OIL LEAK from the oil filter housing that needs attention. Under the tire inspection, front two tires are OK but the vehicle needs two rear tires. So our technician recommends to replace oil filter housing, upper and lower intake manifold gasket (in order to access the oil filter hosing, the intake manifold needs to be removed, and when its removed, gasket can not be reused), add coolant, replace spark plugs, add 2 new tires, and replace front and rear and rear struts/ shocks.
